He was incredibly patient in answering our numerous (and somewhat repetitive) questions and he took the time to walk us through all the differences in the cars we were considering to ensure that we could make the right purchase to meet our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend him! The only reason I have not rated the dealership a 5* is because of how long the process to complete all the paperwork took. It would be great to see them implementing some innovative ways to speed up the paperwork process. Although they were incredibly kind in making us comfortable while we waited. More

Easily the best car buying experience I'be ever had These guys really went above and beyond and weren't interested in just "selling me a car". Devine and his manager both realize how frustrating the car buying experience can be for people and genuinely want to help people find the right fit for there life and not break the bank doing it. I was greeted at the lot with a warm welcome and hand shake from both Devon and his sales manager who both immediately asked me how my day was. The conversation actually proceeded with a solid few minutes of pleasant small talk before the topic of cars was even brought up, and when it finally was peaked they asked about my experiences elsewhere, what I had and hadn't liked about some of the vehicles I test drove and then they asked me what I knew about Hyundai as a brand. Devin, after listening to my requests for affordable, fuel economy, personal room (I'm a 250lb rugby player mind you), and enough horsepower to take a drive through the mountains with ease; started navigating me through the vast selection on the lot. I was in awe, I loved the Santa Fe sport I was shown, the Tucson was also a perfect fit for size, but then he asked if I was interested in a Sonata Hybrid. He nailed it on the head. I sat in this car and felt like I had just pulled on a pair of quality leather gloves for the first time. After a test drive where he pointed out dozens of features it offered and the multi-mode driving system I was sold. We sat down to breeze through paperwork where he gave me the best deal of my life on top of a car I loved and was able to wrap it all up, allowing me to drive it to work, that very night. I am more than pleased with the experience and they have successfully converted a lifelong customer out of me. More
