Very rude and arrogant I purchased a car from Arapahoe Hyundai from Chris Tovrea, September 16, 2017. And my experience was fantastic. A month later, I brought my family mem I purchased a car from Arapahoe Hyundai from Chris Tovrea, September 16, 2017. And my experience was fantastic. A month later, I brought my family member in, to purchase a Hyundai Tucson and it turned out horribly towards the end. I was deligated by my family members to negotiate with the price and monthly payments. Upon entering and sitting down with Brian, the Finance Manager, I made an inquiry as to what interest rate we were awarded. Brian, the manager, responded with condescending tone, that it was not any of my business since I was not part of the deal. He was persistent on making my family sign the paperwork before telling us the interest rate. I instructed my cousin to refuse signing documents until the rate was revealed. Once my cousin had a glance of the rate, she had some concerns as to why it is too high. Then, I was trying to convince my cousin not to terminate the deal because we an excellent deal upfront in our native tongue. Suddenly, Brian asked me if I speak English and instructed me to speak English only in a very ill--mannered. I got out of the room and requested a different person to help us, but was not granted. I have four more people who are in the market for a Hyundai and will not conduct business with Arapahoe Hyundai. It has been five days and no apology was ever extended to me nor any of my family members who purchased a car from Arapahoe Hyundai. More
