He invited me to visit the dealership and personally greeted my wife Delia and me very warmly upon our arrival. He thanked me for calling Arapahoe Hyundai and introduced us to Chris Tovrea. Chris also very friendly and welcoming. We discussed what we were looking for we reviewed the Sonata brochure and identified the features we were looking for. After comparing the Sonata SE, SEL, Limited and Sport we decided the Sonata Limited would be our choice. We took it for a test drive but Chris first briefed us the latest features of the Sonata. It was all new to us and Chris was so patient, courteous and sympathetic to our lack of knowledge. Chris impressed us with his detailed knowledge of the Sonata. We reviewed the financing with Bryan Cayton. He was very patient and very personable with us as he described in detail the financing. As we reviewed the financing Leo stopped by to thank us for choosing Arapahoe Hyundai for our purchased.
