Furthermore even filled out Hyundai credit app and was approved online through the dealers website and with help over the phone from another salesperson, also before going to the dealership or even meeting anyone in person. Arrived at the dealer at about 1pm, met the other salesperson who I spoke on the phone with and picked out the car from several to choose with only minor differences in dealer installed add-on items like cargo nets, floor mats, etc. Drove the car, agreed on the price and they took the car to be detailed... Then the nice salesperson handed me off to someone who is called "KB". This guy seemed at first to want to be my friend and put on a big smile face, but then when I declined to buy any additional warranty or add-on insurance products from him, his demeanor changed. He continued to "sell" to me even after I repeatedly declined. I finally got to leave the lot with my new car at almost 7pm. This finisher guy "KB" ruined the otherwise smooth and great car buying experience I had going up until meeting him. Arapahoe Hyundai should remove this guy from their staff or assign him to work in book keeping, anywhere but interacting with customers. 6 hours to close the deal after I had already made 95% of the purchasing decisions before setting foot on the lot! If I had not drove from Nebraska to find this color with this package my experience with "KB" would have been enough to make me leave and not buy the car. -Sorry for such a harsh review, just hope this guy gets to read this and changes his tactics. More

Another great experience at Arapahoe Hyundai I just completed a deal for my second new Hyundai from Arapahoe. The first time was 5 1/2 years ago for a Sonata, and now I have traded that Sonata i I just completed a deal for my second new Hyundai from Arapahoe. The first time was 5 1/2 years ago for a Sonata, and now I have traded that Sonata in for a new Tucson. Both purchase experiences were very easy and enjoyable. I visited other Hyundai dealers on both occasions and keep finding that Arapahoe has the best deals and buying experience.
