Found the Car I Wanted I came to the dealership to test drive the new 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL. The dealer's website did not show a model in stock with the safety features I I came to the dealership to test drive the new 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL. The dealer's website did not show a model in stock with the safety features I wanted so I did not expect to purchase a car during this visit. When I arrived at the showroom, Vincent Porras checked the inventory and found that a car had just arrived with the equipment I wanted and in a color I liked. After the usual negotiations, I traded in my 2013 Sonata and drove home with a new car. The paperwork took longer than I expected and there was an error in the initial financing document that was corrected. Also, the car listed all-weather floor mats as added equipment, but they were not in the car. The issue was ultimately resolved. More
