I had been researching on what vehicle would satisfy in quality, longevity, and most importantly, affordability, so I narrowed it down to three choices. Kia, Ford, or Hyundai. In the past, I had heard many problems with Hyundai's products and was rather hesitant, but the more I researched, I was getting more impressed by the many service options that would fit into my daily commute to work and travel, especially the 10-year, 100,000 mile warranty. Therefore, I decided to stop by the Arapahoe location and put my skepticism aside. While looking at the certified used Hyundai vehicles ( a nice selection), I was approach by Jesus Osorio. I told him specifically on what I desired to have in a used car and he treated me with patience, respect and not pressuring me to choose a car that would go over my monthly budget. He was very knowledgeable with Hyundai products and services and made me feel very comfortable in the buying process. I also noticed that he gets total respect from his co-professional sales reps as well. Today, I must say, that I am the proud owner of a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and already receiving compliments from family and friends to say how handsome the car looks. I truly believe that I made the right choice and again, I thank Jesus for his tactful sales approach. Purchase of a new car with trade-in. Brian Wheeler took the time to answer all my questions to enable me make an informed decision. He was extremely patient and very professional. I was very impressed with him. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars is because I wad and still am very dissapointed that he did not take my concern about the trade-in price of my 3 YO Hyundai Elantra. I nade my concern know to him several times. My Elantra had only 9500 miles on it. I maintained the car as good as new. The back seats were never used. There were just minor scratches on the left bumper. I also just renewed my license plates. Mr. Leo Z. was also helpful but did not do me justice in giving me a good trade-in price for my Elantra which I purchased at the same dealership 3 years ago. As for Mr. Bill Surina, he put papers infront of me and had me sign them. I had been at the dealership from 9 am and when I signed the papers it was around 7pm. I was very tired. I should have just walked out and returned the.next working day when I would have been more alert before I signed the papers. I am still very dissapointed and believe that I wS short-changed with regard to the price of my trade-in. The Kelly BB is only a guide. Every car and it's owner should be evaluated individually for their own merits. More
