We came in Mr. Jesus Osorio came out to greet all of us and we gave him the info on the SUV which my daughter picked out and she wanted to test drive a car. After drove the SUV on her list and compared to this SUV with another SUV which gave her more bells and whistles with the same price as she wanted. After she decided on the exterior and interior colors with the help from Mr. Jusus Osorio and financial dept. We were in and out of this dealer in less than three hours and my daughter drove home with her brand new Hyundai, Tucson, Eco Sport 2017. We all were very happy with Mr. Jusus Osorio's works and services dept two weeks later for some works on her SUV and she was pleased with all the works. More

When a client says no it's no please do not keep pushing and insult the customer about their financial status like he did to us . I normally don't care for reviews but he did come off aggressive and I told him I don't want to buy anything extra . He kept persisting. I understand that is his job but after saying no several times his attitude change because he didn't make that sale and I'm glad I didn't purchase it after the way we were treated by him . He was very nice at first but then turned unprofessional because I didn't want to pay more for the protectant for my car . More
