I have already left an extensive comment on the previous page, but again, I really enjoyed meeting and working with both Devin Johnson {my first 2017 I have already left an extensive comment on the previous page, but again, I really enjoyed meeting and working with both Devin Johnson {my first 2017 Sonata purchase}, and also with James Brown for my second 2017 Sonata purchase. I had changed my mind about the "packages" that I wanted so I came back for an up grade. I was impressed with the way they 'got things done'. I enjoyed the test drives and the frank discussions regarding what I wanted and what I valued in a car. I have to drive over 10 miles, but I will be returning for service and anything else that I need. More

Service department exists to gouge you over trivial items This dealership charged $30 for the "service" of replacing an air filter in addition to the $29.99 part, when I was in for an oil change and tire rota This dealership charged $30 for the "service" of replacing an air filter in addition to the $29.99 part, when I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The thing is, I didn't request or book an air filter change--they brought the filter out to my husband to show it to him. In pulling the filter to examine it at all, they already did 100% of that supposed "labor"--which takes about 2 minutes to do yourself at home with no tools or mechanical skills, people. Check youtube for instructions. When I called to complain that they took my husband for a ride on this, "Greg" who answered the phone didn't care, so that's fine--they clearly don't need my continued business (why would they, if they can gouge everyone!) and they won't get my patronage again. More
