After we decided on the Tucson, we came back to Arapahoe (although we did visit another Hyundai dealership), because we felt John deserved the sale. John was busy with 2 other parties that were in the process of closing, so his partner Bernard helped us out. Bernard was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Both John and Bernard helped with the closing. John was also the 'go-to' guy a week later, when we had an appointment to put in the custom leather seats. John was waiting for me when I arrived for the appointment, with keys in hand for the use of another car for the 2 days needed for the upgrade. It was a good buying experience. More
