Purchased from another state My husband and I were in the market for a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and after looking at dealerships throughout CA we looked online (thanks CarGuru.com!) My husband and I were in the market for a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and after looking at dealerships throughout CA we looked online (thanks CarGuru.com!) and found the exact vehicle we were looking for at the Arapahoe dealership. Chris was very quick to respond to my online inquiry and we were off and running from there. It's a bit tough purchasing a car from another state but we appreciated his help in ironing out the details. There was some confusion on the pricing and discounts available as we talked about different cars that met our needs. At times this felt like maybe we weren't getting the best deal we could - which is important to us - but we ultimately decided to purchase from Arapahoe because it was a better deal than we could find elsewhere in CA. Chris arranged for a transporter to ship the car out to CA and that worked out really well. Great Customer Service I recently found a 2006 Lincoln Navigator online which lead me to Arapahoe Hyundai. I showed up and talked to the first worker I seen which was Jesus. I recently found a 2006 Lincoln Navigator online which lead me to Arapahoe Hyundai. I showed up and talked to the first worker I seen which was Jesus. He was a doll or work with. I told him what I wanted and why I was there , than he got the ball rolling. He asked a lot of questions to help me get the car and the loan I needed. He tried to hurry the service along due to me having work later in the day. He was very friendly and very helpful. It was my first car buy from a dealership and overall a great experience. Worth the visit I was recently at Arapahoe Hyundai due to unfortunate circumstances. I was not thrilled to be there but, by the time I left with my new Elantra. I was very pleased with the helpful and friendly staff. Especially Jesus and KB! Jesus was very sensitive to my situation and did his best to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Jesus listen to my needs and bottom line and did everything he could to meet them. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles in the lot and respected his honesty when answering my questions. Jesus did all of this while (what appeared to me) meet the needs of several other customers at the same time. I was not kept waiting long and Jesus was very detailed and through during the entire experience. After shaking hands with Jesus and moving on to work with KB in finance. The same sensitivity and friendliness shined. KB took the time I felt was necessary with the paper work and did not rush me through just to get on to the next customer like I have experience with other dealerships. KB was personable and had my needs and best interests in mind during our time together. Hearing "We want you happy" was a relief and made me feel cared for. KB's knowledge and listening to my needs and bottom line helped me drive out of there with a great ride at the price that fit my budget. All together my visit started out sour (to no fault of any staffer at Arapahoe Hyundai)but, ended with a satisfied returning customer that would recommend Arapahoe Hyundai to anyone and made a loyal customer in me.
