Left the car to be picked up in two days so treatment option and cleaning could be done. Was not ready when I returned and now I still need to return again to have complete the process. After spending an extra $700 for fabric and exterior treatment, Phillip didn't know it hadn't been completed. I asked him if it was done and he said " I think so", but it wasn't. Terrible end of the deal. I wanted to return the car and go to another location, but could only imagine the hassle that could create. More

Kind of Annoyed I found arapahoe hyundai by accident while working a deal with another hyundai dealership for the car I ended up leasing. Arapahoe promised me a better deal ($2000 off the price I had negotiated with the other dealership, bringing the total price of the car from $26,xxx to the final discounted price of $18,470 +taxes and fees. I could not pass up this offer and so went out of my way (cancelling plans, rearranging an important meeting, and driving an extra hour away that afternoon) to accept the offer and pick up my car. I stayed in contact with Bjorn, explaining I needed the process to be completed as soon as possible, and he assured me it would. He even sent me a link to fill out the loan application (I think that's what it was..) on my way up to Denver so I would not have to spend time filling it out and waiting on it to be approved while at the dealership. I had told him ahead of time I needed the cheapest per month option, even if that could only be done on a lease. He suggested a 3 year lease to bring my monthly payments down as low as possible. I accepted that and informed him I would be putting down $1000 when my tax return check came in the next week. He assured me that would be fine. My cosigner had a hyundai in his name, so we also were supposed to get a loyalty discount off that $18,470. After signing some of the papers, the manager came in and informed me my monthly payments would be going up several dollars per month (I'm not sure on the exact amount of the increase, but it's the fact we were told AFTER starting to sign papers). I negotiated getting a free window tint for the inconvenience of the late notification about the price change. The whole day had been incredibly stressful, so I understand if either I or my cosigner missed something the representative said. I do not think that is the case though. Upon reviewing my documents, I noticed it showed the total final price of the vehicle being the $26,xxx rather than the ~$18,470 we agreed on before even getting to the dealership. It shows that the discounts were applied to the fees, and that the lease was taken for ~$16,xxx, which brought my payments to $360.67/month. If the lease had been calculated off of the $18,470, the payments should be a lot less if I understand correctly. I have been driving the car for over 3 weeks and have yet to have a payment taken out (first month and down payment), the representative is still asking for documents (some of which we offered at the time of signing and were told we didn't need)... I am just thoroughly frustrated with the lack of organization with this dealership. I understand the payments probably can not be taken out until the documents have been submitted, but as I said, we were told some were not needed. I would just like to see everything straightened out in a timely manner. More

I had trouble getting information from the two other dealers I contacted, including the one I originally leased from. I stopped by Arapahoe Hyundai because it was close to work. Phil immediately gave me answers and options with the assistance of Leo. Within 24 hours I was in a new-to-me vehicle that met my needs and wants list, the lease was taken care of and all my stress alleviated. I found the time with them pleasant, professional and efficient. Phil actually listened to me and at no time did I feel he or Leo were trying to "sell" me.
