I had in my mind 2 different make and models. I test drove the 1st and it was great, however for the very same features the Ionic was 10,000. Lower in cost. Their dealership was larger and fancier, and they were very nice. The Hyundai dealership was smaller a bit cramped and needs some love and updates. But that was where my misgivings stopped. My sales person Kyle was super! No pressure , had the exact color I wanted, Test drove with just copy of my driver’s license. He was so very kind. He set up my apple play, he walked me thru the fancy things, gave me absolutely his full attention. I could not have asked for a better experience. I’ve been in the design business for 30 years and customer service is what keeps my clients coming back. Kyle Dykes is someone who I will not only come back to, but recommend ( I already have).
