Don't sign "as is" document at night The brand new vehicle was sold to us on Saturday night where the final inspection was done under inadequate outdoor lighting. We had to sign the accep The brand new vehicle was sold to us on Saturday night where the final inspection was done under inadequate outdoor lighting. We had to sign the accepted "as is" document to take possession, The vehicle looked ok under the parking lot lighting. The next morning when looking over the vehicle in the sunlight we noticed several scratches. We immediately sent the salesman an email and pictures. We brought the vehicle in to get the scratches fixed along with getting several accessories added and the ECP treatment applied to the vehicle. After the second day in the shop we were informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup but they would not fix the scratches. After talking to a manager he told us that it would be too expensive for them to fix the paint and that the deal was done. I complained that it was dark and the lighting was poor when we accepted the vehicle. He said maybe we should get some good LED lighting at the dealership for future transactions. He did offer us comp on window tint for 2 windows. I am disappointed with the dealership, More
