So disappointed in service and I even referred someone. Love the car.....just love it. But there's a serious communication and major lack of customer service. I warned my expectations on customer service. Love the car.....just love it. But there's a serious communication and major lack of customer service. I warned my expectations on customer service. From the start, lied on price of car and told "I can't guarantee this price will be available tomorrow. My Manager is only here today". xx -- it was advertised on their website for less than what I paid but hey he saw sucker! He just didn't know I'd snapped it on my iPhone. Sat there for 4 1/2 hours, car was washed poorly but understood due to the late night. TO THIS DAY -- I have NOT ONCE received any sort of follow up to detailing. I've made all of efforts and requests. Again, questionable customer service. I even referred a co-worker and he was treated much better. Had his windows tinted for free. I'm still waiting for my referral (which was a sales pitch xx lie). Overall -- I WILL NEVER BUY HYUNDAI AGAIN. THIS GUY IS A LIAR---treated me as if I was not worth the time or effort. My temporary tags expired today too and again --- got some xx story. I'd never recommend the place because of how lazy he is. And the worst part is when I called for assistance to the GM, who should be doing his job. (3-weeks ago)... I am still waiting for that return message. This is specifically why companies lose business. LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH AND LACK OF EMPATHY. More
