Arapahoe Hyundai

Long distance service. My daughter relocated to Denver a year ago from Alabama, and I told her that based on my research, to utilize Arapahoe Hyundai, should her car require My daughter relocated to Denver a year ago from Alabama, and I told her that based on my research, to utilize Arapahoe Hyundai, should her car require any service. There were other dealers closer to her, but I thought Arapahoe was a better fit for my business. As luck would have it, her 2007 Sonata suffered a major problem a few weeks ago and was towed the Arapahoe. I contacted the service department, spoke with Austin and explained to him my situation, being in Alabama and being the one that would be responsible for the payment. Over the period of ten days or so, I contacted Arapahoe three or four times, ending up with speaking with Mark and Gary. I believe Gary is the Service Director and Mark is the Service Advisor that was responsible for my daughter's car. After the bill was totaled, I was contacted and made payment. I contacted my daughter to retrieve her car, she promptly contacted me and informed me that everything is fine with the car. Hopefully, she will remember this and continue to use Arapahoe for all her service needs. I have never set foot on Arapahoes dealership to date, but later this year, when I visit my daughter, I intend to introduce myself and shake a few hands. Honest, responsible car dealerships are a rarity, in my opinion. I have one locally, and now I think I have found one in Denver. Thank you for being there. More

One of the best experiences Thanks to Devin I arrived at the Arapahoe Hyundai not sure whether or not I would be buying a car that very day.
