Furthermore, the staff at the Service Center accommodated our schedule and were able to apply additional amenities that we purchased for our vehicle on the day of the transaction. More

Great Dealership, Great Pricing, Can't Be Beat This dealership beats other dealership pricing by far. This is my second car bought here. My only suggestion is for the service department. I stopped using the service department in the past but will try again. What I have found is that the service department is far too busy to offer great service. Also, the service department waiting room is nasty and needs to be remodeled. And I would suggest buying one of those coffee machines that is at all the AutoNation dealerships. Spend some money on the service department! More
Worst Car Experience I have been ripped off by this company and this car salesperson made sure of it. I had leased a 2014 Hyundai sonata SE/Limited and I was promised a fu I have been ripped off by this company and this car salesperson made sure of it. I had leased a 2014 Hyundai sonata SE/Limited and I was promised a full tank of gas when I got the car and told to go back (I even have the email stored). When I went back they acted like they had no idea and told me they weren't going to do anything, that was 2 years ago and I should have taken it as a sign that they did not care. Now 2 years later, they still don't care. They took advantage of me as a new person buy/leasing car. I was new to the car buying/leasing experience owner when I bought this car and did not know I was to be provided 2 sets of keys. He was my sales person at the time not the manager but could not be there at the time my car was going to be provided so someone else handled it and never gave me 2 keys. Now at the end of my lease, I called Hyundai finance and they told me I needed to have 2 keys but I told them I never received it. My contract only says sold as equipped, what does that mean? That doesn't say how many keys were going to be provided. Now that I am returning my lease, they want me to pay for a key I never received from them. How ridiculous?! This is the same reason why I am not ever going back to that dealership and I called and was notified that Eric was the new manager. I thought ok so he can definitely help me since he was there and new the process. WRONG! He doesn't remember me or how many keys were provided to me or the fact that at the end of the deal he wasn't even the guy who handed my keys. Because of this he tells me that he could get me a discount to get a new key that I never even received. That is help? That is a scam! Knowing that I am upset at how he didn't stick up for me when it came to this process and how I have to pay for something he didn't even provide to me was even more upsetting and he said he would not be able to help. I know what I received and didn't receive. My car sales person didn't even give me the car when I leased it, goes to show how much he knows and know he is the manager?! Take my advice and stay away unless you want them to scam you like they did to me. I would never recommend going to him or this dealership. More

She greeted us warmly and asked the right questions to be able to show us the exact car to meet my needs and the needs of my family. She knows the product well and was able to answer each question we had about the vehicles we looked at. Ultimately we selected a 2017 Santa Fe. After we completed the financial portion of our visit Diane took the time to go over all of the "bells and whistles" to insure I knew how to operate everything in the car. I learned more with Diane as my guide, than I did when we purchased a Hyundai Tuscon a few years ago. Even my husband was impressed with all of the information he learned about his Tuscon, which he did not previously know. Diane called us a few days after our purchase to see how we were doing and to see if we had any questions. She throughly answered any questions I had. We are extremely happy with our new Santa Fe! More
