We selected a vehicle, and he took us on a lengthy test drive that gave us the opportunity to evaluate the car's operation. In order to have some comparisons, we left the dealership to look at similar vehicles in our price range. After receiving horrible service at three other dealerships, we returned to Arapahoe Hyundai to see Devin and one of the store managers, Tony, who both took great care of us. We decided on a slightly larger vehicle, that remained within our price range. Tony and Devin respected our price range, were flexible, accommodative, and we appreciate the concessions that were made in order to achieve a deal. We enjoyed our experience at Arapahoe Hyundai, love our new Santa Fe, and would highly recommend this dealership and brand! More

Ray Saccomano and John O'Hanlon gave us great customer service both during the sale and after the sale. We couldn't be happier with the service we have gotten and will continue to keep coming back. We met Ray at the entrance first. He had sold us previous cars but because he was in management he needed to set us up with a sales person. Ray did a great job setting us up with John O'Hanlon. Before setting us up with John, Ray listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He then brought his inventory list and told us what he had. After we decided on the vehicle we wanted to see first he gave us to John. John took the time to show us every feature of the car and explained every feature on our test drive. After giving us a deal we couldn't pass, we bought the car. By the time we were finished it was past closing time. John offered to stay and make sure I understood all the features on this car. I offered to come back the next day because it was late. When I came back the next day (after being an hour late than the original time I said) John stayed and explained everything in greater detail to the operation of the vehicle features. He also helped me set up my Bluelink. Their system was down to set up a service appointment for some additional features that were going to be added. John called me the next day when the system was up and helped me make an appointment. John has gone far and beyond the service that anyone could have. We couldn't be happier! More
