Great job, Lee! On the flip side, Brian Caton (finance manager) was the complete opposite of Lee. He was not customer service oriented. Brian was condescending, short and rude. We would buy another car from Arapahoe Hyundai but ask for a different finance manager. More

He was very pleasant, patient, and didn't apply any of the "high pressure" sales tactics that are the norm at most dealerships. I will definitely buy my next car from him! I found the prices at Arapahoe Hyundai to be very fair compared to most other dealers and their inventory can't be beat (at least in Colorado). Overall, almost every aspect of the buying experience went very smoothly. My only advice is just to be sure to pay extra attention during the financing portion because the finance manager tried to slip a higher interest rate by us. However, this wasn't too much of a problem because the sales manager quickly corrected his "error" after we pointed it out. More
