We were frustrated with our "local dealer" so I began shopping on line, and on the phone for two new 2017 SantaFe Sport SUVs. It turned out that Arapahoe was the only Colorado Dealership that had the inventory, plus their pricing was the best. They even held the vehicles overnight with my charge card as security, which they didn't end up using. Another dealership wasn't interested in holding the one vehicle that they had until I could get there the next day. I enjoyed working with Leo, Ray, and KB as they professionally, and courteously expedited the process to completion. We typically use our own lenders for vehicle purchases, but Hyundai offered an attractive loan with rebates that we took advantage of. The guys at Arapahoe also assisted with the delivery logistics which was a big deal to me. They happily delivered both vehicles to my office clear across town! I can confidently recommend Arapahoe Hyundai based upon my first time buying experience in November 2016. More

My Recommended Choice of Dealership and Salesman I visited eight different dealerships to compare mid size cars. This included a visit to a competing Hyundai dealership. I decided to look elsewhere because the sales person either did not listen to my ask questions, did not know the basic information about their vehicles, only cared about getting the immediate sale or tried to put me in a vehicle that did not meet my needs. I was met at Arapahoe Hyundai by Lucas Bender. Lucas asked if he could help and then listened to what my vehicle preferences were. Only after he understood my requirements, he suggested a vehicle to meet my needs. Lucas also understood that I was still evaluating vehicles and would not be making a decision that evening. His telephone and email follow-up (asking if I had any further questions) showed me his desire to help me in purchasing a vehicle that met my requirements. "Tucson Purchase" My wife and I recently made our second new car purchase from Arapahoe this year. Unfortunately this most recent purchase did not go as well as the fi My wife and I recently made our second new car purchase from Arapahoe this year. Unfortunately this most recent purchase did not go as well as the first. Initially during negotiating the purchase price we had to produce proof of a discount that was offered the previous day, which we were then granted. The morning following the purchase we researched and noted where multiple owners had concerns regarding the Tucson transmission and the double clutch system. My wife and I discussed this and then questioned whether we should have selected the Santa Fe. I called Bernard Brake, our sales person, early that morning and relayed our concerns to him and asked if we had the option to return the car and upgrade to a Santa Fe? He stated he would "ask the powers to be" and get back to me. Either intentionally or unintentionally, Bernard did not get back to us until Monday afternoon (48 hours later) - which at that point it would preclude if not make the upgrade exceedingly difficult as all documentation would have been processed. To reiterate, my wife and I are happy with the car, however are disappointed how we were treated, during and immediately after the sale. More
