very user friendly. we were in and out in just 2 hours Jesus was very knowledgeable and considerate when we arrived at 8pm on a friday night. Hyundai Tuscon I was in contact with Chris Tovrea by way of e-mail, through internet sales. Most all of my questions were answered and a reasonable price was presen I was in contact with Chris Tovrea by way of e-mail, through internet sales. Most all of my questions were answered and a reasonable price was presented even prior to my stepping into the showroom. The process was easy and seamless, the internet sales manager was easy to talk to and profesional. While in your showroom I noticed hats on all the desks advertising True Car. I used the service for two prior vehicles a few years ago and was very happy with the dealerships and the service. I have found now that the service is a joke. I tried using it last May in Miami to purchase a vehicle for my sister. the Dealer honored the price however charged $2000 as a dealer fee and would not negotiate on it. The fee was not for add on accessories, just for services like lifetime towing etc. I walked out of the dealership and went down the road to another of the same brand and within two hours was able to purchase a vehicle on my own for a better price. Prior to coming to Arapahoe Hyundai, I tried using the True Car service with Shortline Hyundai whom I purchased my wife's Tuscon from a couple of years ago also using True Car, however this time they would not honor the price given online, The vehicle was equipped identicle to the one I bought from your dealership, at a lower price than given on True Car. I will not purchase from Shortline in the future based on the lack of ethics. I hope in the future that if Arapahoe Hyundai intends to use True Car, that it is not just used as a lead generator but will honor whatever price is put on the site. This experience was great and I hope it will be that way in the future. More

Fast, easy, professional! This was one of our better car buying experiences. We started off with James when we first looked at the Santa Fe. We then purchased with Maykol. Maykol took the time to really connect with us on a personal level, which made this experience that much better! He was genuinely friendly and professional, and answered any and all of our questions.
