Some Issues The sales process was very good and except for following us around while we were just looking at inventory, was a nice experience. The reason for the The sales process was very good and except for following us around while we were just looking at inventory, was a nice experience. The reason for the average overall rating for the dealership had to do with the service department adding a negotiated item at a separate service appointment, handled by the sales department which was not completed in the agreed to time due to a misplacement of paperwork, not to the item involved. The dealer did offer a loaner car which was a very nice benefit but was overshadowed by the issue of my delivering the car at 0730 and promised ready by late afternoon. Bottom line the paperwork was mis-placed and the car was not worked on that day, but still involved my driving 4 legs in rush hour and not having the work completed. Then driving another leg the following morning to pick it up, and rearranging a scheduled flight to accommodate the pick up. Other than the loaner car, which was offered at time of drop off, no other compensation for my loss of productivity for a process mistake by the dealer. Overall, the people I dealt with in sales was good, financing fair, service tied to the sale poor. More
