I called about the car I recently purchased a new Hyundai Elantra from Arapahoe Hyundai, it was among the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called about the car prior to going in and made a purchase offer. With only a slight negotiation a price was agreed upon and I schedule the next day to come in and buy the vehicle. I arrived and with only minimal time, necessary to complete the paperwork and have the car detailed, the purchase was complete. I recieved a great price, better than any other dealership I researched, and I drove up from Colorado Springs because the dealership there was less than competitive, and there were some integrity issues when I attempted to deal with them. Arapahoe Hyundai was friendly, professional, and for my experience very fair when it came to the price. I highly recommend. More

Frustrated with financing Overall our experience was good. I was not happy with a few things. When we went to run numbers, promotions were not shown. I had to ask multiple times what our interest rate was and still didn't find out until we were signing the loan document. I was extremely disappointed to learn that they only shopped our loan to three banks. Needless to say, I will be going to my credit union to refinance my car. Ryan was very friendly, but he was distracted by his upcoming trip. Overall the experience was good. More

I went to Arapahoe Hyundai after being turned away from 3 other dealerships because of the negative equity on my current car loan that would need to b I went to Arapahoe Hyundai after being turned away from 3 other dealerships because of the negative equity on my current car loan that would need to be rolled over into my new car loan. Bernard Brake was very courteous and very helpful. He explained to me how to get the best deal because of my current car loan situation. Bernard was able to get me into a lease with a brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson! My monthly payments only increased by $100, which was doable. And now I do not have to worry about an old car that may possibly break down at any moment. Bernard was even able to do most of the work while I had to leave to go to work. Then I was able to return the next day, sign the paperwork and drive off in my new car! More
