Bernard Brake was very courteous and very helpful. He explained to me how to get the best deal because of my current car loan situation. Bernard was able to get me into a lease with a brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson! My monthly payments only increased by $100, which was doable. And now I do not have to worry about an old car that may possibly break down at any moment. Bernard was even able to do most of the work while I had to leave to go to work. Then I was able to return the next day, sign the paperwork and drive off in my new car! More

Just horrible This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I brought my Hyundai Sonata in for service after it was having trouble starting. Without even loo This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I brought my Hyundai Sonata in for service after it was having trouble starting. Without even looking under the hood of the car, the wizard mechanics there just decided it was my starter. Since I thought I could trust them, I let them do the repair. The car started when I came to pick it up but Chad said that the car would now be making a clicking noise but couldn't explain why. About four hours later the car is just completely dead. The car will not even attempt to start. I had to have a tow truck come and pick my car up. Brought my car back to the dealership after finally getting it started the next day after about two hours of trying. I tell them what happened and they make a smart xxx comment of "Oh, it looks like it's working fine now!" At this point I demand a refund for the starter since that was obviously not the problem, and they are not willing to take a look at the car anymore to see what the actual problem is. After I leave I take the car to a local mechanic who found the problem in five minutes. My car was leaking coolant from a hose where a clamp came loose, and this caused a cylinder in my engine to become warped due to it overheating. I took my car to the dealership a week before all of this started and they mentioned nothing of coolant leaking, or any hoses being loose. Arapahoe Hyundai told me when I was at the dealership before for the "starter" that my car is no longer under warranty even though the car has only 54,000 miles on it, and his should be covered by their 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. My car is still not fixed and all I want is for my car to be fixed so I can get rid of this worthless vehicle. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life. I will never, ever stop spreading my horrible experience about this dealership to everyone I ever meet with a Hyundai or that is considering buying a Hyundai. I will spread this horrible experience across all social media platforms, dealer rating websites, and any other means possible. More
