Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience with us. As a leader in business, my duties include reviewing DAILY how we can improve. Whether that be our people and how they interact with our customers, processes, and many other facets that can influence a client's interaction with us. After deeply ruminating your visit with us over the last 48 hours, I feel a bit of additional information is warranted after your opinion was expressed. In your review, it was nice to see your acknowledgement that Rami did an exceptional job at every facet of his responsibilities with you. However, curiously, you omitted some important FACTS from your review. Our timestamped logs, show that the transaction was negotiated at 3;25-3:35, after which you insisted on visiting your bank for a cashiers check / money. We of course had direct access to process your paperwork (as with all motor vehicle transactions) immediately upon completion. Of course, we respected your decision to run to the bank before they closed at 4PM. Rami spoke with you at the bank after determining you would not be able to secure a cashier's check, you had mentioned to him that you were going to get a "bite to eat" while waiting. In the interim, we continued to sell at a high volume and processed other purchases from customers who were purchasing and here waiting to process (we leap frogged your position 2-3 times, due to lack of presence). Upon your return after dinner, you addressed Rami approximately 15 feet from the front of my desk. At this time, you held your palm out with your fingers extended and in a very loud, condescending, as if scolding a child, informed Rami that "You have 5 more minutes! Then I am out of here! (you then set stopwatch on phone) 5 MORE MINUTES!". You then sat down, and noticed that you had my attention as well, and waved at me with a smile, as if to say "Yeah, I just did that". Immediately, I approached you and indicated that it was unnecessary for you to continue to wait, as we would not be able to complete this in this amount of time, and I invited you to leave. After starting to leave, your son expressed loudly that you would not tolerate further disrespect, I inquired to how you were being disrespected, you indicated by my actions. While I feel that communication could have been improved throughout the transaction. I am 100% confident in my actions in defense of my salesperson, combined with the behavior displayed by your actions, warranted my firm response. The overwhelming support and comments made by others who witnessed the "incident" only further reinforced that my actions were necessary. We are proud to provide top quality service and will continue to strive for exceptional performance without compromising those principles. We will also challenge ourselves to improve every day. However, when our employees, who we support wholeheartedly, are put in a situation when a customer/potential customer feels entitled to degrade / humiliate / verbally abuse one of our employees, they should expect to be asked to leave. I was present with my 34 year old son, also employed in direct sales. We are both impressed by the fabrications offered in your response, which sadly seem routine from those who have spent too long in car sales. Your sales and finance people are great. The GSM needs to better emulate them.

Perhaps, I simply decided that a customer who expressed minor inconvenience, respectfully to his salesperson, warranted to be invited to leave.
