Fantastic Car Buying Experience! I never in my life had such a fantastic car buying experience! He listened to my needs and I decided on a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Eric helped me find the best financing for my vehicle and we got a deal done. Quick and smooth. Of course the price was excellent as well! Bill helped me with my paperwork and offered some other optional items as we closed the deal. I selected one of the items offered, but never felt pressured to purchase any extras. Finally, Bjorn gave us a demonstration of some of the features on the vehicle during the final vehicle delivery. I thank everyone at the dealership for your professionalism and courtesy. Needless to say, I left the dealership ecstatic. No buyer's remorse whatsoever! Thanks again!! More

Lease Buyout Experience I recently opted to purchase my lease vehicle and contacted Arapahoe Hyundai. I was put in touch with Philip Porras, a salesman, who promptly contacte I recently opted to purchase my lease vehicle and contacted Arapahoe Hyundai. I was put in touch with Philip Porras, a salesman, who promptly contacted me and we set up a time to do the paperwork. This part was a very pleasant and rather smooth process. I then met with the fiance person who reviewed my options and we did the paperwork. He told me that I was all done, my Credit Union had the information in the "system" and I was on my way. I contacted my credit union to make sure they had the "paperwork" and they did not. On a series of calls to Philip and the Finance Person at Arapahoe Hyundai, the process got complicated. Philip never returned any of my calls and the Finance person told me they were behind in getting the paperwork to the credit union. He also asked what my urgency was, as if to dismiss my concern. I'm not sure I'd return to this dealership again. I felt like they dismissed my concerns and did not explain the process up front which caused me frustration on the back end. More
