Very Happy with purchase I was treated exceptionally well during my visit. Leo explained the whole process to me and was able to answer all my questions. Easy and fast experience Shopped for a new Sonata sedan... Was just going to look them over and shop around, but after we drove a Sonata Sport, we quickly decided to buy since Shopped for a new Sonata sedan... Was just going to look them over and shop around, but after we drove a Sonata Sport, we quickly decided to buy since the prices were great and they had the trim level we wanted in a color we liked. Great experience with the salesman. Got there at 7pm, looked around, test drove one, and wrapped everything up and left with a new car by 10pm. Great experience and we love the car! More

Unprofessional Chris was the sales person that began my vehicle quest - he was impatient, rude and disrespectful in his attitude and behavior. During a test drive h Chris was the sales person that began my vehicle quest - he was impatient, rude and disrespectful in his attitude and behavior. During a test drive he said "what is in your brain" which after other statements he made I was offended and I voice my discomfort of his statements. After the test drive with all intentions to move on to the next dealership I was greeted by Chris's floor manager Eric. Eric took initiative to show me some of the many features of the 2017 Santa Fe Sport, Chris has now disappeared and for the next 45-1 hour Eric has taken me on a test drive and closed me on a 2017 Santa Fe Sport. At the end of the evening after closing on the deal, Chris reveals that he was suppose to be off work at 5:00pm that night and it was close to 10pm. Chris informed me that he had a customer appointment when I arrived and that he was confident that customer was going to purchase but the customer did not purchase and he really didn't think I was the one to buy - hence, why Eric took over and sold me on the vehicle. OK, that was fine - all is good. HOWEVER, Chris continues to be condescending and unprofessional- I have left him a few voice messages regarding setting up the "Blue Link" services and payment to my CU to payoff my previous loan. To this day my calls have not been returned or text and I have verified with my CU there has not been any payment made, ERRR !!!!! More
