When we finally decided on a SUV - Santa Fe Sport 2.0T - she was very helpful assisting us get the color/features we wanted. The car buying process isn't one we look forward to but Diane does an exceptional job of blending the obligation of representing her dealer's interests with our expectation to receive a fair & competitive price. Never did we feel that Diane's agenda was "getting a car sold" before assisting us get "the best car for our needs and wants". It's clear she builds customer relationships and cares about her buyers. We'll be purchasing another car later this year and look forward to working with her again. More
