I also had a great experience with KB in finance--was never pressured to buy products I didn't want, and felt like we worked out a fair deal. I had bought a used truck at a Chevy dealership the previous September, and had a horrible experience there, so I was really dreading buying another car. The contrast with Arapahoe Hyundai was astonishing! I can't think of anything Arapahoe Hyundai could have done to make my car purchasing experience better. Everyone at Arapahoe was friendly and helpful, even the other salespeople. I am definitely recommended Joey and Arapahoe Hyundai to anyone I know who is in the market for a car--and I will be back when it's time for me to get another one. More

Bjorn Kristensen returned my inquiry quickly and quoted a very good price. I had to travel a ways to get to Arapahoe and a long drive home again. Bjorn held the car for me, had it and the paperwork ready to go on my arrival, didn't try to add on anything we hadn't already discussed, and expedited the extras I did want on the vehicle. This was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I've made. More

This was our first visit to a dealership and we were instantly more relaxed once we met Phil and started talking through different car options. He was very knowledgeable and extremely personable, we never felt like we were being pushed or our opinion ignored. He was patient with all of our questions and did a great job explaining the benefits of certain features, models, etc. He was confident in helping us find just the right car for us, and ultimately we walked away so happy with our new Hyundai Elantra. We did everything from narrowing down what car we actually wanted, to trading in our old car and leasing the brand new one all in one afternoon and it was a surprisingly pleasant process the whole way through.
