The drive from Colorado Springs was well worth the trip, and our experience with Leo Zombek was wonderful as well. He was very prompt with follow-up email, text messages and easy to reach via phone. He was very accommodating to my numerous test drives with different vehicles, and exhibited zero pressure tactics to make a sale. This was not only very refreshing, but also very much appreciated. KB explained the additional products available very thoroughly and we chose to purchase some. I was really afraid of the pressure I would face when car shopping so I had my husband come with me to be the strong arm even though the car was for me. As soon as we pulled into the lot Bernard helped guide us into a parking space and greeted us with a smile . He asked us what we were looking for that day and what budget we were comfortable with. After that he ran back to get keys several times without getting frustrated. He took us through the perfect spot to test drive the car and respected my request to not make me get on the highway LoL ( I get nervous in new cars ). He was well-informed about the cars, did not make us feel pressured at all and was really easy to talk to. When we left the house we thought we would be visiting multiple car lots but thanks to Bernard we found what we were looking for at our first stop. He has definitely earned our business ! More
