I left my house at 3am and drove 525 miles to the dealership. John DID have everything ready, I signed the last paper almost an hour after meeting and shaking John's hand. There was no shenanigans, no hyperbole, no pressure. It was so nice. While I was there, a dozen other customers were looking at cars, there was action everywhere. And no one was in a closed office with a door shut with multiple salesman hovering over them. I was very different from a lot of places. I will go back for another car down the road, and I would not hesitate to do so. More
