Typical car buying back and forth experience My wife I, and my kids (13 and 15 years old) felt like the negotiated price was not fare, mainly because they were giving larger dealer incentives on My wife I, and my kids (13 and 15 years old) felt like the negotiated price was not fare, mainly because they were giving larger dealer incentives on other models, and after negotiating the price they advised us that our Nissan incentive trade-in was not advised in the initial price negotiations. Looking back, I should have gone through USAA and allowed the local dealers to offer options. I had been in email discussions with the sales person for 8+ weeks, but he was not willing to give firm details on pricing. Not a good negotiating experience. More

In one call, Bjorn Kristensen, the internet manager, made me a fair deal and within 3 days the paperwork was Fed Ex'd to me and back and the car was on a truck headed for Scottsdale. The car arrived in perfect condition. Bjorn was available to help with any set up questions. I am the most delighted of customers. I would buy from Bjorn and Arapahoe again without reservations!
