She was incredibly communicative and conscientious about all of the follow up required to ensure I was completely satisfied. She made sure that items I had forgotten in my trade-in vehicle were there for me the next day and was very understanding and flexible when it came to my schedule and circumstances She always seemed to have time for me and answered all of my questions, no matter how small. 5/5, would shop with again. Bill is the only reason that this is not a five star review. He ended up giving me what I feel is a pretty good deal in the end, but getting to that point felt like an arm-wrestling contest. It was very clear that his primary, perhaps ONLY, purpose in dealing with me was to persuade me to buy extended warranty options on my new vehicle. He attempted to push me over the budget I told him I was comfortable with. Dealing with him made me feel very pressured. My conversation with him was the only thing about my visit to Araphoe Hyundai didn't leave me with a positive impression. More
