As you know, once you get online you are inundated with calls and e-mails. I'm so happy I responded to Chris, I liked the way he talked with me in regard to what I was looking for and what I needed. I felt no pressure as is common when purchasing a car. I feel I got a great deal and appreciated the fact that Chris waited at the dealership 2 hours after he should have gone home to show me the car I purchased. I am always treated with courtesy, great manners, wonderful smiles all around, and complete explanations of what will be done with my car and how much it will cost. I have only had one time when the initial work order had to be changed as new concerns arose. The length of time my car is in the shop is always less than I was used to when I owned other non-Hyundai cars, the costs are lower, the number of problems are fewer, and I always feel great satisfaction that my car will be in tip top shape when I drive away.
