Like most people I do not like to be pressured into buying a car by a pushy sales person, Michelle was so professional and never pushy that it was a pleasant experience to buy a car from her. Since I bought the car when I have needed service or had questions about my car Michelle has always been there to answer my questions, even on her days off. We ran into Michelle soon after we arrived and had a very wonderful experience. Michelle listened to what our needs were, showed us the car, discussed pros/cons of features, including the extra horsepower, and answered any and all questions we had. Throughout the sales process, Michelle worked patiently with us to get us in a comfortable position with finances. She brought in Tony to help facilitate the deal. Both Michelle and Tony's patience, explanation, and professionalism was top rate. We also worked with Brian on the finance side. He had great counseling and worked with us to ensure the deal was accurate on all fronts. We had a couple of housekeeping things to take care of before we left town.
