We visited this dealership in person and felt completely safe and comfortable. Ash Alkahwaji was our sales rep. We had been corresponding via email and text before we came to the dealership to test drive safe and comfortable. Ash Alkahwaji was our sales rep. We had been corresponding via email and text before we came to the dealership to test drive cars and discuss purchasing our leased vehicle. Ash was courteous, friendly and listened to our concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were test driving and interested in. We felt valued and that doesn't always happen especially when purchasing a car. I am impressed with Arapahoe Hyundai and with my Sales Rep, Rami. His knowledge of the large amount of Hyundai vehicles on the lot was impressive. He is a sharp cookie. He was straight forward in our dealings which is greatly appreciated. I have made 3 appointments to have a shaking issue as well as 18000 mile service and recall appointment. 18000 mile service done and then again took in for shaking issue as well as recall. Recall done bu well as 18000 mile service and recall appointment. 18000 mile service done and then again took in for shaking issue as well as recall. Recall done but shaking issue still not done. I was told it needs to be serviced in the “main” service shop. Why wasn’t this appointment made before and now you are 2 months out in appointments in the “main” shop! I don’t know if my car is safe! Terrible! More

Chad was super helpful. My Tuscon broke down due to engine failure and we had it towed to this dealership. They told me it would be about 2 months before I got my car back and I got it back within 3 we engine failure and we had it towed to this dealership. They told me it would be about 2 months before I got my car back and I got it back within 3 weeks! I was very happy at how fast they were able to replace the engine for me. More
