This is a good dealership to buy your car from.. I was able to get most of the price information over the phone and then went in to drive that specific car and buy it. The only suggestion is if you want to make it quick, avoid the weekends. They sell a lot of cars, so that might save you some time. More

Our car was finished earlier than promised and everyone was super helpful we just aren’t sure that it had a problem in the first place. I am so disappointed in my experience with Marcus Porrass. I have been a repeat client of this dealership for 10 years and have leased 5 cars from them. I chose to purchase my latest lease. My communication with Marcus was good, we arranged for me to come in and buy the car. He gave me inaccurate information about the APR I would get, he also promised that he would detail my car and pay for an oil change. He has never followed through with detailing my car. I have texted and emailed him to please give me dates I can drop my car off and he has not responded. I even called his brother the manager Vincent, and left a detailed message also asking for times that I can drop my car off. No response. Looks to me like they only give you the time of day when you are buying and nothing about following through to ensure I will be a repeat client. I will never buy or lease a car from this dealership again. The first time I have bought a car in 15 years and I am very disappointed in this experience. I am in sales and I know the value in your word. If you say you will do something you do it! Now I wonder if someone will be In touch to make it right????? Doubtful More
