Our experience with Arapahoe Hyundai and John O’Hanlon was flawless, to say the least. John was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles we were looking at, both Hyundai’s stock and the competitor vehicles we were looking at, and was able to speak to the positives/negatives of all the brands in such a way that we knew we weren’t getting a sales pitch. We never once felt the pressure to “buy now or you’ll never see this deal again.” As a matter of fact, the decision to buy was one that took us approximately a week, and John was extremely patient with us during that process, as well as very responsive to our questions and concerns giving us the information we needed to make the right decision. He is, by far, one of the best salesmen we have worked with. The day after we purchased our Santa Fe, I was already handing out his business card to a coworker, touting the work he did (and that all staff at Arapahoe did) to make this a really exciting and happy experience for us. So I had been talking to Tony online for a while and he had quoted me the best price in the entire region on a new hyundai accent. It was 700 less than the closest competitor, AND it was 1700 less than phi had quoted me the best price in the entire region on a new hyundai accent. So I drove up to Denver, about a 2 hour drive to sign paperwork and get my new accent, a new car for my wife. When we got there I met tony and he was very nice, knowledgable, and willing to work with us a lot. We test drove an accent, which my wife didn't really like. So we drove an elantra (I already drive a 2012 elantra), and she loved it. However, it was out of our budget. However, Tony worked with us, and got us an unbelievable price (it was cheaper than was phil long wanted to sell us an accent for) and we bought it. It was a great experience. For a great priced hyundai with an awesome sales team, you can't beat this dealer. I saw the regional sales sheet thing they had posted on the wall, and there's a reason this dealer is #1 by a long shot in the region. Price was our primary selling factor and they were able to work with us. Bravo. More
