Once it was done; good job, but had to have the same piece replaced twice and this is a new car! The other item was a recall that I had already waited two months to have fixed, to only be told the part piece replaced twice and this is a new car! They were very nice when I dropped my car off for service. When I called in March the first opening was in May. There was some confusion because when I called in I had requested a loaner. I called a service. When I called in March the first opening was in May. There was some confusion because when I called in I had requested a loaner. I called a week before just to confirm when my appointment was and that I was getting a loaner. It was verified I was. Then when I dropped off my car they said it wasn’t noted. That’s the only issue as well as the time to get an appointment. More

During this experience, the service advisor was helpful. However, when I called and scheduled for maintenance, they called back again to see what needed done to the vehicle. I didn’t get any update call tha However, when I called and scheduled for maintenance, they called back again to see what needed done to the vehicle. I didn’t get any update call that the vehicle was done, but I did receive a text to do a survey. It would have been appreciated as I work near by and could have went and picked up the vehicle. They charged me for the full maintenance even though my uncle should still have prepaid maintenance. When I called to get this taken care of, I got transferred around multiple times, and finally they just hung up my call. When calling back to speak with a service manager I am told none of them are in. I would just like to get this situation taken care of, and get a call back. More
