I called Arapahoe Hyundai regarding the big ad in the Denver Post and was lucky to get Ray who seemed full of knowledge and patiently answered all my questions. Insanely pleasant car buying experience!!!! Leo called me almost immediately in regards to an internet quote request. His first offer was $800 below dealer's invoice...I had done my research on line so I me almost immediately in regards to an internet quote request. His first offer was $800 below dealer's invoice...I had done my research on line so I already knew this but based on all other car buying experiences I figured he was just trying to get me in there so he could gouge me on my trade-in. But, I went in, took a test drive, and within 30 minutes of walking in the door I had a completely painless deal worked out. No stressful visits with the manager, no back and forth negotiations...I didn't have to assert myself in any way. They clearly wanted a happy customer more than they wanted a huge profit. Also, .Leo got me the price I wanted for my trade-in (never in my life!!!), and reduced the price for options I wasn't expecting to below dealer's invoice as well. I'm telling you, on the survey above...you guys need to shoot for the stars on that thing because "great" does not begin to describe the car buying experience I had at Arapahoe Hyundai with Leo Zombeck. (Oh, and the financial director, Rune Nilsen, made the financing piece of the deal pleasant and painless as well despite the fact that he had to stay nearly an hour late to do so!) Seriously, Leo elevated my opinion of car salesman so crazy much the thought crossed my mind that it would be fun to be a car salesman!! Also, I LOVE THIS CAR!!! There is no buyer's remorse here.
