When I met Leo, I found him to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. At the same time, he did not pressure me in any way...something I really appreciated. He was very patient and easy to talk to. I was considering going back to another Hyundai dealership prior to meeting Leo, but his customer-service-oriented attitude won me over. We were able to negotiate a fair price and there was no subsequent "up-selling" pressure. I also found other staff members at Arapahoe Hyundai very helpful and sociable. I first visited the dealership to gather information on cars I was potentially interested in buying. Patrick was extremely professional, friendly and informative. He answered all of my questions and frequently provided additional information beyond just the basics. I felt like I was taken seriously and my visit was valued. This is a big deal. I also appreciated the fact that my questions were answered directly and specifically. No topic was avoided or skated around. This isn't often true at dealerships. After my visit, Patrick has been very diligent about following up with me. Yet, he always respects my schedule and never crosses the line into annoying. Altogether, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Arapahoe Hyundai.
