We were looking to purchase an SUV and have been pleased with our Hyundai Sonata for the last four years. I have had the opportunity to drive a Santa Fe as a loaner car when leaving my Sonata for routine m with our Hyundai Sonata for the last four years. We also knew without a doubt that we would go to Arapahoe Hyundai instead of the other local Hyundai dealer because the service provided by all staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable - above and beyond what we would expect from a provider trying to sell us a product, let alone a business that has already sold us a product and is not simply providing us a paid service. Of course this dealer would want return business, but could only hope that we would be return customers at some point in the future, possibly years down the road. Eugene Kim was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable on the model (Santa Fe) we wanted to purchase as well as the additional features we wanted. In addition, we had to do a bit of customizing to the add-ons to get the perfect SUV, and he had suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of to achieve what we desired. He made sure we got the perfect car at a price that was reasonable; he did not waste our time or try to oversell the product or have us settle for something we did not want.
