Diane was outstanding. I had stopped by the dealership Diane was outstanding. I had stopped by the dealership a few days earlier just to see some of the suv product line. After that I had decided not to buy from your dealership, but, since we live nearby I brought my wife by just to show her the different size of the suv's. That is when we ran into Diane and the rest is history. Diane is very helpful and knowledgeable. You do not come across many people as capable as Diane and committed to cusomer satisfaction. This dealer was a pleasure to work with. Let's be honest, while it can be exciting to buy a new car, it usually isn't easy, quick, or painless. We knew we wanted a Hyundai because we liked the one we bought for my husband so much. But finding a vehicle to fit 6 passengers can be a challenge, even when you ARE willing to look at every make and model. Most of our prior experiences shopping the various dealers in Denver went something like this: Us: We're looking for this vehicle in this price range. Them: Let's look at everything else on the lot first. Us: Can we test drive this car, it's pretty close to the price we want to pay. Them: Try checking out this other car. At least two hours later, we either finally leave with nothing, or finally sit down to discuss the car we wanted to look at in the first place. Our prior purchase at Planet Hyundai in Golden took about 6 hours total--with four hungry children trying desperately to control themselves while they waited. At Arapahoe Hyundai it was completely different. We asked to see the car we came to look at. We drove it immediately. When we sat down to talk about the price, the sales associate, Diane, brought out coloring books and crayons for our kids. We had a punch list of items we wanted fixed, and Dareck the manager okayed everything. When their pricing came back too high, I said what we could do, and the manager okayed it. He even took the price down enough to include gap insurance within the price we could afford. When the kids were tired of coloring, Diane even let them play with her ipod and phone to keep them occupied. There wasn't any pressure to buy this car just because we drove it or sat down to talk about it. The staff was helpful, friendly, and relaxed. They worked hard to make sure it was as painless as possible. Rune the finace guy made sure we understood everything we signed--giving us the down and dirty version so we didn't have to muddle through legalease, or sign something we didn't understand. This dealership understands that the process can be long, tedious, and stressful. They strive to make sure they give you a good deal, are respectful of your time, and make the process as easy as possible. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, buy it here.
