I am so happy with my new vehicle purchased at Arapahoe Hyundai. After a day of test driving and dealing with a closer dealership (Planet Hyundai) and not receiving very specialized service or price I wen Hyundai. On Monday morning on 10/31 I called Arapahoe Hyundai since that is where my research led me, and spoke with Antoine McDonald. He blew me away with his service and willingness to walk the lot with me on the phone to find the vehicle I wanted. If I had a question he answered right away or called me back with in 3 minutes. We settled on a price and I said SOLD. Drove over 40 minutes to the location and left with my dream car. Rune Nilsen, Finance Director, was wonderful too! For a woman purchasing a vehicle, the respect helped make this experience the best. I look forward to taking my service to them too! Even though it is far I trust them and like them all. I was in Denver for a short trip to do some research for my upcoming relocation. Diane was great in taking the time to show me and my mother the Sonata Hybrid which is my current dream car. My mother can be a handful but Diane was really patient and took time to explain about purchasing a car in Denver even though she knew we would not be buying that day. She also took the time to listen to what I really needed in a vehicle and suggested that I check out some other models in addition to the Sonata.
