Leo gets an A+ rating from us! Buying a car can be quite stressful and some dealership salesmen can be too aggressive. This was not the case with Arapahoe. I just stopped by at the dealership for an initial exploratory browsing of Hyundai Santa Fe that I had in my mind for a while. I went on to the lot thinking I wanted a Sonata, but after Diane spent time understanding me and my needs, it was a mutual decision that the Elantra would be a better choice. Since the day of purchase, Diane has called me several times to be sure that I am still pleased with my decision, and of course I have told her "Yes!" Her professionalism, casual demeanor and attention to my needs was the most incredible component of the entire transaction. I have told at least 5 to 6 friends to see her next time they are looking for a car purchase. She is superb and represents the dealership in an exemplary manner. Antoine has offered us post-sale assistance with all of the bells and whistles on our new Tucson. In my opinion, the vehicle is very competitive with products twice its price; I drove a comparable Lexus. And you can't beat the Hyundai warranty.
