Mark was very helpful at check-in and got things rolling on the service, then I was notified very quickly of when my vehicle was ready. Ultimately found my car waiting with the keys in it and the engine still on instead of being handed the keys with my paperwork. Great job by the shop team. One of my cylinders started misfiring so I had to bring the car in for warranty service. The woman told me that they were booking really far out for appointments and wouldn't be able to get to it for a whi the car in for warranty service. Totally understandable, but I asked for a loaner until my car was fixed (especially since it was a warranty repair). She said that all of their loaners were taken and there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could give me one of the cars off the lot--even a used one would be fine. Both the service and sales department said they "don't do that" and suggested I call an Uber or Lyft. I've bought two cars from this dealership (shoutout to Phil--he's AWESOME) and my current one is financed directly through them. I was quite honestly appalled that a car dealer with hundreds of cars on the lot told me to call an Uber/Lyft. The service department gave me no timeframe and I don't have the money to take rideshares indefinitely. I got a call the very next day saying that my car was ready. This was obviously good news, but contradictory to what the service department said about them being so far out for service jobs. The entire experience was a nightmare and I can confidently say I will never buy a Hyundai again. My mom was even considering buying a brand new Genesis but after witnessing this, she's staying clear. More

Where do I even begin? This was the worse service department I have ever had to deal with. I brought my car in that I purchased from this dealership for a repair that was suppose to be fixed by the d department I have ever had to deal with. I brought my car in that I purchased from this dealership for a repair that was suppose to be fixed by the dealership. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle it started having other problems. When I took it in to get serviced I asked them to look at the other problem to. When we asked for a loaner vehicle we were told we needed to request one when we called for the appointment. We were not aware that we were going to have to leave the vehicle there not to mention our appointment had to be booked a month out. A week later I had to call for an update because no one called me. I was told it's been ready and waiting to be picked up. Go pick up the car and less then 24 hours later my check engine light comes on with the same problem they apparently fixed. Brought the car back in and a week later Alex finally called saying we need a new transmission. 3 weeks later we finally get my car back. Get in it to leave and my windshield is crack and not a little crack! I go back inside and talk to Alex again which at that point she had an attitude. Every time we have had an issue during these 4 weeks and have had to talk to Alex she had become very defensive and rude. We were only suppose to be dealing with Mark which was apparently a manager but every time they called us it was Alex. I was suppose to be purchasing another vehicle from arapahoe Hyundai this month and because of how we were treated in the service department we will be taking our business else where and most likely moving away from Hyundai all together. More

I had an excellent experience working with the Arapahoe Hyundai dealership. I had been in the process of searching for a Hyundai Tuscon and had struggled to find the quality care and help that I needed wit Hyundai dealership. I had been in the process of searching for a Hyundai Tuscon and had struggled to find the quality care and help that I needed with other dealerships. When I contacted Arapahoe and got on the phone with Kyle Dykes, I finally found the right person to see my goal through to the end. I traveled from out of state to go to this dealership, and it did not disappoint. Kyle was professional, considerate, and incredibly easy to work with. For our appointment, he had the vehicle I was interested in pulled and ready to go. It made the car buying process that much smoother. I really got to spend time with the vehicle and to learn all of the fun and necessary pieces of information for the car. I felt like I was treated with the utmost respect. Kyle listened to everything I had to say and answered knowledgeably in return. The finance department was also great, and Edgar Felix was wonderful to work with as well. He listened to my financial queries and took away the stress of making a large vehicle purchase. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Great people who listen and are willing to work with the customer that feels genuine. They were considerate of my time as I drove several hours from another state and worked hard to meet all of my needs promptly. In the future, I will certainly take my vehicle purchasing needs to Arapahoe. More
