I bought my new Tucson Ltd. from Arapahoe Hyundai . Antoine McDonald was our salesman. He is a friendly, soft-spoken, no pressure, laid-back guy who has been with Hyundai for almost 6-years. In my opinion, the vehicle is very competitive with products twice its price; I drove a comparable Lexus. And you can't beat the Hyundai warranty. My father and I came in to look at the competition for a Subaru. I was very desirous of an Outback but my father insisted on checking out a Hyundai. We went to the dealership and Steve came out to meet us promptly. He was very friendly and was able to work with what we wanted in our car purchase. (These things could not have been said about the Subaru dealership.) We test drove a 2011 Santa Fe and were VERY impressed at the performance for cash value. I even told my father "I hate to admit it but I like this car." We got back and were in the midst of financing when we realized that it didn't have AWD. So instead of trying to sell us something we didn't want, Steve immediately showed us one of the Santa Fe's with AWD. We left the dealership in less than 90 minutes because he made the process go very smoothly. I have already recommended Arapaho Hyundai (specifically Steve) to a friend who's looking at buying a car. We looked at different cars, drove different cars and the sales staff was helpful in giving us information in order to make our decision. We were introduced to the service staff and then we signed the papers for the new cars and the financing of the cars. The finance department was very nice and answered all of our questions concerning the financing of the cars. We would definitely recommend anyone to Arapahoe Hyundai. I was in the market for a solid used car for my family. I was not having the best luck finding a car that met my needs. I had been avoiding the area of town that it was located, because of how far it was from my home. I found a car online that was located there, and I finally decided to call them. I was put in touch with a sales person, Diane. I told her my situation, what I needed, and my concern for how far her dealership was from my house. Not only was she willing to work with me over the phone, she genuinely understood my frustration in the lack of service I was finding at other dealers. I was surprised at how eager she was to accomodate my needs. Not only in finding a suitable car, but making my experience with them as satisfying as possible. I was really impressed with her concern for my needs. She knew I didn't have transportation down to the area. When I told her I would have to take a very expensive cab ride down there, she even offered to pick me up from my home herself. I have never bought a new car, so my experience has always been with used car sales. My experience with Diane and everyone at Araphone Hyundai by far exceeded any other. They found a great car for me. I love the car, I love the experience I had, and I will definitely buy my next car from them! More
