My vehicle was ready quickly and even when I had to come back in for a quick fix lasted in the week, Alex was respons of and a great service advisor! Non-transparent and exorbitant pricing. Went in for getting my ambient temperature sensor repaired. Took less than an hour to repair the wiring(sensor was ok). I was charged $165 with no breakdown for getting my ambient temperature sensor repaired. Took less than an hour to repair the wiring(sensor was ok). I was charged $165 with no breakdown for labor and parts given. That's not transparent at all. All the dealerships I have been to, provide labor and parts charges for the repair services performed. Also was told over phone that ac would be replaced under warranty. Again no details provided as to what part needs replacement. In the end all they did was a software update! More
