Just completed my second new car purchase with Arapahoe Hyundai. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Brian Wheeler. Throughout the process, Brian kept us informed on what was going on, whether it was the status of the credit check, the evaluation of our trade, or how things were stacking up back in Finance. I am very happy with the customer service shown. One of the biggest things I will take away from this car buying experience was that I never felt pressured on anything. I felt free to say "no" to things, which I did several times, and I never got the impression that Brian (or the dealership) were disappointed with me when I did. I was treated with respect the entire time. By the time we got back to Finance to work with Brian Caton, it was well past the normal closing time. Brian C. made the process in Finance as quick and painless as I have ever seen in my years of buying cars.
