Lack of communication. Couldn't tell me when car would be serviced or when it would be complete. We were told at least one week before it would even be looked at. Then got a call two days later saying it be serviced or when it would be complete. We were told at least one week before it would even be looked at. Then got a call two days later saying it was completed. This is not the first time we have had poor service at Arapahoe Hyundai. We will never use Arapahoe Hyundai for any future sales or service.
