Even tho it was getting late the next step with the financial department was pretty easy too! The next morning (Wednesday) I woke up and proof read all the electronic documents from the sale and noticed there was a clerical error on the tax form. I called the dealership immediately to get this corrected before anything was filed but only got the financial departments voicemail.  I continued  to call and leave messages with different people multiple times a day and never got a response til day 6!  Finally when I got a hold of the financial director I was told it was too late and nothing could be changed to fix this clerical error. I feel that It was very unprofessional to be ignored by the whole Kia team for almost a week. The moment I signed the papers the dealership could careless about my concerns. Especially since I left a voicemail with Kourtney the GM and never got a return call. I would never refer anyone to Arapahoe Kia after this experience! Shane More

Horrible experience with internet sales. After being contacted about the model I was looking for being in stock I scheduled a time to come in to “finalize the sale”. Waste of Time - Bait and Switch Dishonest and unethical. Dealt with a salesman and his manager for a week or so via email. Gave them photos and VIN # of the trade. When I got to the dealer, the trade # went down by $1000 because of a CARFAX record, but the had the VIN# for a week and the trade offer was based on that specific VIN. To make matters worse, the final lease payment went up by over $70/month from what was originally quoted. Overall, in reading these reviews, I'm happy they backed out and did not get my business. I bought my car through the internet. I ask the salesman to take a video and show me all the defects on the car. He did a walk around and told me the car was almost perfect and the windshield was perfect an to take a video and show me all the defects on the car. When we got to the dealership there was a chip in the windshield, six different pea-sized places where the paint was chipped off, a spot where the back Fender had been scratched and you could tell it had ran into something. There were also many other scratches and door dings probably a total of 15 defects. When I complained he went to get his manager and this man came out and was rude and arrogant before he even said hello or introduced himself. He said he would take $300 off the price because that is what it would cost him to fix it. Well of course a normal person is going to have to pay a lot more than that. He was extremely aggressive and rude. Now I'm lucky because my husband is the manager of a body shop so he can fix all the flaws for the $300 discount but a regular person off the street would not be able to do so. I told him it was about principle and integrity since I asked for a video with all the defects but they don't seem to care anything about principal or integrity. The sad thing is I would have bought the car anyways because really I did get a fabulous deal on it because they bought 50 rental cars and it was the best price I could find anywhere and it was exactly what I was looking for. If the salesman would have shown me all the defects on the video I asked for I would have bought the car and been perfectly happy but since he didn't of course I was disappointed. The manager was so rude coming out the door and verbally attacking me that I would have left without the car strictly because of his attitude but I had already put $3,000 down on my credit card. He is an extremely rude and obnoxious man. He knew we had just driven 6 hours to get there so he figured he could act anyway he wanted but I really would have left just over this man's behavior if I had not put down money on my credit card already. The salesman was a kid who'd only worked there for 2 months and he told me he would take what I said to heart and practice showing better videos. He knew he could see all those defects but chose not to show them to me. Now the price was really great but I'm pretty sure the car has electrical problems which was not disclosed to me. And there's no telling what else. Thank God there's still some warranty left on it but I'm going to have to get it in the shop pretty quickly to get everything fixed. If all you want is a really good price then this is the car lot for you. But if you're looking for integrity, principal, and polite people this is not the car lot for you. And you cannot trust the video they send you and if you have to deal with the manager he is one of the most abrasive people I have ever met. So like I said if it's all about money for you this is a great place but if you expect a little more from a company don't come here. I still have the video the salesman sent me saying there was only one scratch and that he had inspected the car and I have pictures of all the paint chips dings scratches and window chip that I can supply with anyone who would like to see More

Shady and Deceptive I bought a Telluride 2019 last year from this dealer. I was told that it was in perfect condition, a year later that is not the case. This dealer is shady and deceptive and failed to inform me of the car's poor state. They were rushing me the entire time and now I know why. DO NOT go here. More

Sales people lied to my face about vehicles in their inventory (ya' know, that are posted publicly online), and the finance staff straight lied about warranty coverage (which I knew because I own 3 other Kia's). Also had to wait 5 hours for the finance staff after the test drive. If you know what you're doing and are prepared to put up with their crap, it's survivable. But if you're not committed to a specific vehicle in their inventory, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

I knew I was probably overpaying a bit because I had not performed any research on the vehicle pricing or dealership. But that's my fault, the Sorento met my needs and I decided to pay the tab. Even a couple of weeks later I still like the vehicle. Only negative for me was it was a cash deal and I had to waste several hours at the dealership (approximately 4) waiting to get into finance dept to spend 10-15 minutes writing a check and signing numerous documents. In all fairness this is not the first time this happen, I had to wait 5 hours at Christopher Dodge to write my check. Just cannot understand why this happens. Anyhow...Joe had my car cleaned, gas tank filled and had given me an orientation to the vehicle while I waited to get into finance. So after writing the check got in the car and left. Based on reviews provided on this site I will probably not use their service department if avoidable. More

Wouldn't recommend 3 stars for Sales 1 star for finance 2 stars for the dealership August 2019 - My wife and I went in to lease a Kia Sorrento back where we spent F 3 stars for Sales 1 star for finance 2 stars for the dealership August 2019 - My wife and I went in to lease a Kia Sorrento back where we spent Friday evening test driving the cars and returned on Saturday to look at leasing options. We spoke to a sales rep and agreed on a price range obviously depending on our credit and duration of the lease. From that price range, we figured we would be along the lower number (since we have credit in the 800+ range) we continued the leasing process. We began the paperwork with the sales manager, when we transitioned the process into the finance group. This is where it went from Okay to Bad. We sat down with the finance manager and began to review the process of our lease. At this point we got our monthly payment which was on the higher end of the number range given to us. This surprised us to say the least due to our excellent credit. The finance manager mentioned this was due to taxes not being included, which the sales manager informed us that taxes were included (Issue #1). Instead of fighting it, we agreed to the payment and moved on. The finance manager then introduced the warranty process. After declining the service, the finance manager said and I quote "Here’s what I’ll do, I’m able to move some numbers around and get that same warranty for you for only $2 more month”. Figuring this would cover a majority of the "issues" we would have with a lease, we continued with the process. The next sheet to sign highlighted the overall cost of the warranty, which once was $400 (fake numbers for example) dollars and now became ($600) dollars. Getting a bit frustrated I asked how our price went from A to B and now to C. The finance manager could sense our frustration and began to explain the same theory of punching some keys and moving numbers around. (Issue #2) Again we decided to move on with the process. Finally before almost having the keys in hand, the finance manager introduced a fee for returning the car at the end of the lease to the dealership in the term of $400. Again this wasn’t even explained to us during any part of the buying process (Issue #3). At this point this is when my wife and I decided that this wasn't the best decision for us since this was the 3rd time that the price continued to go up. We tried to be nice about it saying we needed to leave and think about it, and the finance manager said "I would recommend against that, we might not have time for you, and I will be very busy later today." A bit shocked with that response, we left the keys, all paperwork and left the dealership and not returning. I would summarize this review by stating that this dealership wasn't upfront with all of the pricing when leasing a vehicle, when asked multiple times. To be honest it felt like we were getting taken advantage of. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and purchased a car for the same price as a 36 month loan from this dealership. I believe this would show how outrageous their pricing scheme is. I would not recommend this dealership, and now after seeing other reviews and their overall rating, I can see why they are at the rating they are. More
